Scarlet Malachite Beetle Art Print

Scarlet Malachite Beetle Art Print

The Scarlet Malachite Beetle Art Print is a celebration of this exquisite beetle.

This year we have been part of a successful translocation for this rare beetle, you can read more about the project here and there will be a new blog soon.

This beautiful print shows the life cycle of the beetle, from the tiny larvae to the full grown beetle. It also shows the beetle in flight and a comparison of the male and female beetle.  From an original watercolour by Ian Hughes.
