All Artwork is from originals by Ian Hughes. The front cover features a portrait of the edible crab which is easily recognised by its pinkish, orangey colour and lack of spines. It’s the largest of our typical crabs by far, reaching 25cm across the carapace. There is information about this amazing crustacean on the back cover.
