The Gift Set
The boxed set includes the Ladybird Spider T-shirt, info Leaflet and Lacey the Ladybird Spider Nature Discovery Book. The Ladybird Spider was once only found on one site in the UK and was perilously close to extinction here. Thanks to an amazing conservation project, which we are delighted to have been a part of, the spider is now in a much safer position, found on at least 15 sites. This set is a celebration of this gorgeous spider.
The T-shirt
The T-shirts are 100% organic cotton (no nasty microfibres heading off to sea) have a GOTS certificate (Global Organic Textile Standard) and are made by a Fair Wear company.

Childrens-T-shirt-sizes
We will print your T-shirt to order here in our basement in west Wales. The design is hand printed with black, planet friendly, water-based, toxic-free ink onto a red T-shirt. Please allow up to a week for us to print your T-shirt for you, although we’re usually quicker than that.
T-shirts can be washed at 30 degrees, reshape whilst damp and do not tumble dry.
The Book
The nature discovery book is all about the life cycle of the spider and the conservation project to save it. It can be a touch gruesome at times, spiders think nothing of consuming their mate once his usefulness has passed! Read it aloud for fun family times. There are lots of nature illustrations to colour too. A great way to learn about spiders.
