The Beautiful Beachcomber beetle, also known as the Strandline Beetle is possibly one of the UK’s most endangered beetles. The beetles are know only found on a few beaches in Carmarthen Bay. You can read more about their status here.

Living under driftwood on the high tide line, they are prone to disturbance. Do think twice about gathering driftwood for a beach bonfire, you never know who’s home it is!

This giclée print is reproduced from Ian’s original pen, ink and watercolour drawing and will add a talking point to any room.
